Sean worked for both Singapore’s largest private and also largest listed property developer over a period of time. Having dealt with the sales and leasing of residential properties and commercial space in the first few years,

He is also has been involved with sales of service apartments from the hospitality business and the government-owned “Black and White” bungalows built during the British colonial days, which are popular among the Ambassadors and expatriates. His good relationship with the company’s joint venture partners leads to an enviable track record in business, with a strong entrepreneurial flair.

In year 2006, Sean decided to go independent and started his own company, Qxstate Asia. His exceptional insight into the Singapore property market and personalized service opens door to working with Human Resources from multinational companies and international private buyers.

Sean’s real estate experience and his established contacts ensure his clients are dealing directly with the owners and developers of Singapore’s top properties.
